 Lisa Steiner graduated from Alliance Theological Seminary’s Graduate School of Counseling with a MA in Counseling and is a Doctoral Candidate completing her PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision at Regent University. Additionally, she is an adjunct professor at Alliance Theological Seminary's Graduate School of Counseling's NYC Campus. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor, the President of Wellsprings Counseling Center , a Certified Empowerment Coach, and the President of Wellsprings Coaching Services, LLC. Lisa has an MBA and over twenty years of corporate experience.

 Dani Aitken is a graduate of the Alliance Graduate School of Counseling where she has completed her Masters’ Degree in Counseling. She has been employed in the mental health field for over 15 years and has worked in multicultural, crisis, group home, and social work situations. She feels passionate about working with and helping women’s issues and children, specifically with at-risk youth. Her undergraduate degree is from Chatham College in Psychology.

 Edilia Alarcon holds a Masters degree in Counseling from the Alliance Graduate School of Counseling, Nyack College. She attained her BA in psychology from Rutgers University in Newark, N.J. Her passion is to work with women and children, specifically in the Latino community. Edilia is fluent in speaking, reading, and writing Spanish.

 Sarah grew up in the state of Maine. She attended Columbia International University in South Carolina, where she graduated with a bachelor’s in Bible and Psychology. After that, she came to Nyack, New York to attend Alliance Graduate School of Counseling where she received her MA in Counseling. Sarah has a passion for missionaries and missionary kids. She wants to support and equip missionaries for the mission field. She also wants to assist missionary kids with all the adjustments that come with being an MK.

She has a great desire to work with women, children, and families. She is passionate about helping people break the cycle of pain and begin towards the path of healing.

 Esther is currently a graduate student at Alliance Graduate School of Counseling
working towards a MA in Counseling. She holds a BA in Communication from
Rutgers University, New Brunswick, School of Communication. Esther has worked
in marketing in the healthcare and entertainment industry for several years
before making the transition into counseling. She is passionate about helping
individuals, couples and families of all cultures reach inner healing and
transformation so that they may lead the lives that they are intended to live.

 Joanne McCarthy is currently a graduate student at AGSC working toward her M.A. in counseling. Joanne holds a BA in Political Science from Kean University. She spent several yeras in the insurance and financial industry before making the career transition to counseling. Joanne feels called to help both adults and children who have been wounded by the pain of divorce, addiction, and/or domestic violence.

 Rich comes to us from a history of success in working with small businesses throughout the northeast. He is currently serving with us in the capactiy of Office Manager as well as pursuing a Masters of Divinity at Alliance Theological Seminary in Nyack, NY. He has served overseas as a missionary in Panama, Costa Rica, Honduras, Peru, Germany, and Russia and plans to continue this service throughout his time with us.
