 Lisa Steiner has completed her PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision at Regent University and has graduated from Alliance Theological Seminary’s Graduate School of Counseling with a MA in Counseling. Additionally, she is an adjunct professor at Alliance Theological Seminary's Graduate School of Counseling's NYC Campus. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor, the President of Wellsprings Counseling Center , a Certified Empowerment Coach, and the President of Wellsprings Coaching Services, LLC. Lisa has an MBA and over twenty years of corporate experience.

 Dani Aitken is a graduate of the Alliance Graduate School of Counseling where she has completed her Masters’ Degree in Counseling. She has been employed in the mental health field for over 15 years and has worked in multicultural, crisis, group home, and social work situations. She feels passionate about working with and helping women’s issues and children, specifically with at-risk youth. Her undergraduate degree is from Chatham College in Psychology.

Esther Doh (Shin) has completed her Masters in Counseling at Alliance Graduate School of Counseling. She attained her BA in Psychology, with a minor in Sociology at Rutgers College in New Brunswick, NJ. She has clinical experience in working with both adults and children at an Outpatient Behavioral Health Center at Beth Israel. Her passion for people to find wholeness and healing has lead her to the therapeutic counseling setting.

Alicia Moroney is currently a graduate student at Alliance Graduate School of Counseling working toward her M.A. in counseling. She holds a B.S. in Psychology/Pastoral Ministry from Nyack College. Alicia's desire is to work with missionaries, pastors, and their families. She has additional interests in working with women's issues and children in play therapy as well. Her passion is to facilitate healing for those who have been wounded by life's pains and losses.

Welbr dos Santos is currently completing his Masters Degree in Mental Health Counseling at Alliance Graduate School of Counseling in New York City and is serving with Hope Ministry as a MA Counseling Intern.
He holds a BA in Biblical Studies from Central Bible College in Missouri and has served as a pastor in New Jersey for the last seven years. Welbr is passionate about helping people navigate through life's challenges and move from brokenness to wholeness. Welbr comes to us originally from Brazil and speaks and counsels in Portugese as well as English.

Joanne McCarthy is currently a graduate student at AGSC working toward her M.A. in counseling. Joanne holds a BA in Political Science from Kean University. She spent several yeras in the insurance and financial industry before making the career transition to counseling. Joanne feels called to help both adults and children who have been wounded by the pain of divorce, addiction, and/or domestic violence.

Ann Lee is currently a graduate student at Alliance Graduate School of Counseling working towards a MA in Counseling. She holds a BS in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and has worked in corporate finance for several years before making the switch over to counseling. She is passionate about helping people move to a place of healing and would like to pursue marriage and family counseling. In addition, Ann has a heart for the Asian-American community, having grown up in this sub-culture herself.

Indira's passion is working with women and adolescents in issues of depression, abandonment and self-esteem. She also feels called to work with the Spanish community to promote healing and wellbeing.

Valrie O'Connor-Johnson is currently a graduate student at Alliance Graduate School of Counseling. She comes to us with over 25 years of professional nursing experience and currently works in the Cardiac Department and Adult Inpatient Behavioral Unit at Morristown Memorial Hospital. She has a passion to minister to the whole person and especially to see women and families experience wholeness and healing in the broken areas of their lives. She primarily works out of Hope's North Bergen office.
